Multi-Tiered Customer Support

Innovatix members receive ongoing support from a team of experienced professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional value and complete member satisfaction. Our customer care teams work with each member individually, analyzing data to identify purchasing needs and goals. Our objective is to secure the greatest value for each of our members.

Our regionally based field representatives work face-to-face with members throughout the country. In addition, we assign each member a headquarter-based Client Service Associate, who is available to help Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) by phone or email.

  • Make site visits to member facilities to address questions and concerns
  • Identify and maximize savings and reimbursement
  • Advise members about educational opportunities and value-added services

Client Service Associates

  • Facilitate contract sign-ups
  • Regularly monitor accounts to help ensure that members are getting correct contract pricing
  • Identify additional saving opportunities based on purchase patterns
