Supplier Grievance Procedure

As part of our commitment to transparency and business ethics, Innovatix pledges to review and respond to grievances from current or prospective suppliers in a timely manner. If any supplier has a grievance regarding access to Innovatix contracting opportunities, please send a detailed description in writing to:

Upon receipt of the written description, Innovatix will review the complaint and respond appropriately within 30 days of receipt of the grievance.

HGPII Independent Evaluation Services

Innovatix is the only non-acute care GPO member of the Healthcare Group Purchasing Industry Initiative (HGPII). As part of HGPII membership, Innovatix has agreed to participate in a two-step grievance review process. The first step is a formal, published process for responding to supplier concerns, which is outlined above.

If a supplier continues to have concerns following submission of a grievance to Innovatix, it may request an independent and unbiased third-party evaluation through HGPII. HGPII uses the services of the American Arbitration Association® (AAA), an organization that provides alternative dispute resolution services.
