Geba is responsible for providing leadership to the contracting and clinical pharmacy teams and for the development of additional contracting strategies, as well as expanding relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers. Geba brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in pharmacy management.

Prior to joining Innovatix, Geba served as Corporate Director, Pharmacy Business Development with Continuum Health Partners- one of the largest integrated health care delivery systems in the New York metropolitan area. He also led Pharmacy Operations at Beth Israel Medical Center and Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. Geba holds a BS in Pharmacy from St. John’s University, a M.S. in Pharmacy Administration from Long Island University, and a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Florida.

Thomas is responsible for all clinical pharmacy services to the Innovatix membership base, which includes long term care pharmacies and senior living facilities, infusion providers, Oncology Express participants, and Physicians in the Vaccine Program. She also provides clinical support and education to Innovatix sales teams and consultants serving these markets. In addition, Thomas coordinates all Innovatix educational programs for members.

Prior to joining Innovatix, Thomas worked for Beth Israel Medical Center- Singer Division where she served as Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services and went on to become Director of Pharmacy. Prior to Beth Israel, Thomas held leadership positions in clinical pharmacy and served as the manager of an oncology pharmacy. She received her Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Florida and holds both a MS in Drug Information and Communication, and BS in Pharmacy from Long Island University. She is also Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy.

Davydov provides support to infusion/specialty providers and provides clinical content for Rxtra (a weekly newsletter distributed to long term care administrators, oncology providers, and home infusion providers), and Insight magazine, distributed to all Innovatix members.

Prior to joining Innovatix, she worked as a Clinical Pharmacy Manager at Fidelis Care New York, a managed medicaid HMO in NYS. Prior to Fidelis Care New York, she held a Clinical Pharmacy Manager position at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital. Davydov earned both her degrees, BS in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy, from St. John’s University.

Dr. Galloway is responsible for consultant services and research supporting the physician membership base. In her role as consultant, Galloway assist in the development of educational services and guest writes for Insight magazine.

Outside of Innovatix, Galloway has a private practice specializing in Internal Medicine, in Bronxville, NY, and serves as a medical consultant for Sarah Lawrence College and as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Medicine for the Columbia University School of Medicine. She is affiliated with numerous professional organizations, including: American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, American Society of Internal Medicine, Columbia Presbyterian Physicians Network, Medical Society State of New York, and the New York Society of Internal Medicine. Galloway is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Garza is responsible for the growth and retention of key accounts and provides clinical support to the Innovatix Contracting Department. Garza assists customers with the integration of clinical initiatives and contracting strategies to help members increase revenue. Prior to joining Innovatix, she led the branch operations for the National Institutional Pharmacy Services, a major Long Term Care Pharmacy provider in the United States, where she developed programs to help LTC providers maximize business growth and manage the pharmaceutical needs for over 50 facilities.

Garza has also worked as a branch manager for American Pharmaceutical Services where she was responsible for creating and implementing numerous quality improvements and training programs for pharmacy operations personnel. She is a graduate of the University of Houston College of Pharmacy.

Guenther is responsible for the growth and retention of key accounts and provides clinical support to the Innovatix Contracting Department and Sales Team. Guenther assists customers with the integration of clinical initiatives and contracting strategies to help members increase revenues.

Prior to joining Innovatix, she worked for over six years at one of the largest independent long term care pharmacy providers in the U. S., Partners Healthcare, LLC. Guenther developed extensive knowledge of both the LTC industry and LTC pharmacy operations. As a clinical pharmacist there as well as a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist, Guenther developed, implemented, and maintained formulary programs in LTC facilities, in addition to providing education and drug information to all levels of healthcare providers

Guenther began her pharmacy career as a retail pharmacist in Staten Island, NY, working along her role model and fellow pharmacist, her father. She is a graduate of Rutgers University College of Pharmacy.

Manzi, a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist, brings extensive experience as a Consultant Pharmacist and as a former diabetes educator. Manzi serves as a resource for long term care pharmacy and preferred provider network and manages the Innovatix Care Solutions program on Diabetes Disease Management. Prior to joining the Innovatix team, Manzi was an independent Consultant Pharmacist for long term and sub-acute care facilities and group homes. She received both her B.S. and Doctorate in Pharmacy degrees from St. John’s University where she taught as an Adjunct Associate Clinical Professor for several years.
